Delivery and Returns
For all orders we aim to deliver the goods within 7 working days, however delivery can often be quicker, this is becuase all of our goods are printed to order to help prevent waster and over production. We will undertake to use reasonable endeavors to dispatch the Goods within this timescale but we cannot guarantee to do so.
All Goods are delivered in a biodegradable shipping bag and recyclable plastic wrap to protect the garment and print, in this bag you will receive the garments and an invoice. We use reputable national and international couriers for all of our deliveries.
It is your responsibility to carefully check that all items have been delivered in the correct quantity and to the required specification. Any errors, omissions or damage to items must be notified in writing, within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery, or by the end of the next working day. Any damages, errors or omissions notified to us after this period will not be considered.
We hope that you are very happy with your goods, if you feel the product you have received is not suitable and you would like advice on an alternative product then please email us at email@example.com.
If you buy online and wold like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible as the orders are usually printed within 1 working day.
In all cases where goods are to be returned, the Customer must first email us at Hello@controlclimbing.com to obtain a Returns Note and Number. Goods must be returned during business hours.
We strongly recommend that you return products using a signed for service by ant national or international courier and contact us in advance for the best shipping address..
Once your goods have been received and checked you will be issued with a refund as long as the above conditions of return have been met.
